Return Policy

At Prima Soft Wash Systems, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

  1. Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns must be requested within [number of days] days of receiving your order.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (support@primasoftwassystems.com) to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions, if your return is approved. 

  • Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs .

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 20 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange a solution. If the damage is caused by the shipping carrier please contact the company as soon as possible. 

  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for our records.
